EDIT: It seems when I call my mechanic to request a vehicle, the original car that was lost isnt even in my garage, neither is the car that got duplicated. EDIT 2: This seems to have happened to many other people. Rockstar please fix and give us back our cars. Many of the cars lost were really expensive! I logged into GTA 5 Online today and found my Insurgent gone. I checked with the insurance company and it was not there, i tried with the mechanic and its it was not in any of my garages too.
