I just traded my ps4 slim for a ps2 slim with a friend for a month and need some fun game options to buy and play. Already purchased dragon quest 8 for around 40 USD and might want to buy more. Any suggestions?
What is the best PS2 game you have ever played? Need help adding to my collection!
I have recently started collecting PS2 games and I am looking to add more to my collection. I have made a promise to myself to only add games that I will actually play and hopefully beat. To give you an idea of some of my favorites, I love iNinja, Gauntlet, and the Jak Series. Any suggestions would be very appreciated! I am open to all genres.
Man, i really missed out on PS2. I played PS2 from about ages 10 to 14 and i mainly played kids games like Jak and Ratchet and Rockstar games. I had the best videogame console at my hands and i played Crash Twinsanity instead masterpieces like Final Fantasy X or Metal Gear Solid 3 and i can never experience these games like when they came out. That's why i also didn't see PS2 as being better than PS1 because i was playing these games that were better during PS1 era, save the Rockstar games of course. My fondest memories from that time probably actually come from GBA and DS, PS2 was this Guitar Hero machine. I didn't even have Tony Hawk or SSX or Burnout 3, ugh.
What are the best PS2 games that nobody talks about too much?
I've been looking through lists of the best PS2 games, and it just comes up with the same games over and over. I can't really find what I'm looking for in those lists. So, what are the BEST PS2 games that nobody really talks about too much? Basically, underrated games. EDIT: my brother is strict with age ratings, so he'd recommend not to go over R13 if possible. (So for you Americans, nothing rated M17)
